The Landing Page
Are you a wellness professional—massage therapist, life coach, or mental health practitioner—who needs a focused, intentional landing page for a specific offer, course, or service?
Whether you’re launching something new or refining an existing offer, this is a thoughtfully designed space created to guide your ideal clients toward one clear, aligned next step. Every element is crafted with care—so your message feels clear, your presence feels grounded, and your clients feel supported, confident, and ready to say yes.
We’ll begin with a discovery call to understand your vision. From there, you’ll complete a series of thoughtful questionnaires and submit your content, allowing me to fully understand your work, your message, and the clients you’re here to serve before your design week begins.
At the start of the design week, we’ll then reconnect for a kick-off call to align on direction. This will be followed by a collaborative design process with feedback and revisions—ensuring that by the end of the week, your landing page feels fully aligned and clearly guides your clients toward your desired call to action.

The Landing Page is a focused, 5-day design experience. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dedicated week on my design calendar. The remaining 50% balance is due on launch day (the 5th business day) , prior to transferring full ownership of your landing page

The Discovery Call (60 minutes)
You’ve explored The Signature Website details, completed your inquiry form, and you’re ready to share your vision. During this call, you’ll walk me through your work, your audience, their needs, and how you want to support them. I’ll guide you through my process, timelines, and next steps so we can determine if we’re the right fit. If aligned, a contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your two-week project on my design calendar.
The Kick-Off Call (90 minutes)
At this stage, your spot on my design calendar is secured and your content has been thoughtfully prepared and submitted. During our call, we’ll review your content, reiterate timelines, discuss any domain or transfer details, and ensure your vision is fully understood. You’ll receive your custom moodboard the next day, and once approved, the design process officially begins
The Launch Call (30 minutes)
Your website is complete—refined through collaborative feedback and thoughtful revisions. During this call, I’ll walk you through your site, share a training overview of the Squarespace backend, and show you how to make simple updates with confidence. A request for the final payment (the remaining 50% balance) will need to be initiated during this call so that full ownership of your website can be transferred to you.
All calls are recorded for quality and reference, ensuring nothing is missed throughout the process. You’ll receive access to each recording, and you’re always welcome to keep your camera off—whatever feels most comfortable for you

The Signature Site
The Signature Website is our fully custom website service, thoughtfully designed to elevate your presence, deepen client connection, and create a warm, authentic digital home that reflects the caliber of your work and the clients you’re here to serve.
We’ll begin with a discovery call to understand your vision, followed by dedicated time for you to complete thoughtful questionnaires and submit your content—ensuring everything is fully aligned before your design window begins.
From there, we’ll reconnect for a kick-off call to confirm direction and officially begin your two-week design experience, where your website is brought to life through a collaborative process of design, feedback, and refinement.
This experience is designed to not only create a beautiful website, but to support your business in a meaningful, functional way—through the integration of Acuity Scheduling, up to three custom client intake forms, and other essential elements that make it easy for your clients to book, connect, and move forward with confidence.
On your final launch call, I’ll walk you through your completed website, ensuring you feel fully supported and confident navigating the backend of your Squarespace site before ownership is transferred.

Acuity Scheduling, now part of Squarespace, is an online booking system that allows your clients to easily schedule appointments, complete intake forms, and submit payments directly through your website—without the back-and-forth. It creates a seamless, supportive experience for both you and your clients

Your mockups will be created in Figma, a collaborative design platform that does not require any additional cost on your end. You’ll receive an invite to review your designs and leave comments directly within the platform. Once all edits are approved, your website will be built in Squarespace and prepared for launch

To ensure a smooth and timely experience, I kindly ask that you book your project during a time when you’re able to respond to emails and submit revision feedback within 24 hours throughout your scheduled design window. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not offered once work has commenced. Please keep in mind that reserving a spot on my calendar also prevents other clients from booking that time.
As a courtesy, clients may cancel their purchase within 48 hours of submitting their down payment and receive a full refund, provided that no project work has begun. After the 48-hour cancellation period, all payments are non-refundable.
